Dear Blog,
I look foward to my dear blog becoming a good friend and a good way of being accountable to all who know me over the next years.
The first entry unfortunatly is annoyingly painful,
The day started off well, you know the thing rushing to get ready for church, making sure i had all my things to be around church by 9, feeling uncomfortably dressed in chinos and jacket (I was leading)
I made a few silly mistakes leading, surprise surprise, most we're down to my sheer lack of preperation the evening before such as praying for the speaker not the word spoken, note to self not to do that again!
The afternoon was spent at a friends for lunch, it was great to catch up and get some honest down to earth advice, about a girl i know.
The evening well, another talk, this time a 15 minute talk which seemed to last for much longer, hopefully the big point was clear 'God Saves' well i guess that's the point of the bible, the big point was slightly less clear 'God leads, God Saves, God is to be Praised' on the crossing of the redsea in Exodus.
Then a truthfully painful chat with Christopher, he was very honest about my attitute being a stinking one at times, especially towards my flat mate, i must indeed strive to improve this and be thankful that i have good enough friends to point it out to him when i don't listen, so thank you to those people!
Anyway I must go, and be on with another day tommorow.
